Steven, the regional director in that area, gave this report:
"In our budget we planned to give to each one 1 liter of cooking oil, 1 kg of sugar, and 1 kg of salt. But we discovered that each one got 2 kgs of sugar, 2 kgs of salt and 2 liters of cooking oil. We don't even know how that took place so we simply consider it a miracle."
