The Strategic Plan of an Intentional Church Planting Trainer

Because of your help, five African church planting trainers met in November to set out their goals and strategies to see God’s Kingdom expand.  I want you to see an example of the intentional plan written down by one of these leaders.  He is not only implementing new trainings in new areas, but also bringing along other leaders from his own team in order to develop their training skills.  After three days of sessions, here is an outline of one trainer’s plans:

  1. Meet with 1st generation.  Monthly.
  2. Go to city of M____ for 3-day training for 30 people from 3 cities.  Trainers = myself + 2 1st gen guys.  By Dec.
  3. Go to city of C____ training for 3 cities.  Trainers = myself + 3 1st gen guys.  Involve S___ if available.  By Jan.
  4. Go to city of G___ for 2-day training.  3rd day provide training for water purifying.  Myself + 2 1st gen guys.  By Feb.
  5. Meet with 2nd and 3rd gen guys in K___ area.  About 45 leaders.  Trainers = myself + 3 1st gen guys.
  6. Follow up with 2nd level training in C___ and G___ and M___.  Send 2 trainers to each area.  By April.
  7. 3-day training in K___.  J___ and 2 1st gen guys. By May.
  8. Gather all new fruitful leaders together, from these new areas, for a larger gathering at my place to encourage and mobilize them.  By June.

You can see why we have such high expectations for the movement of God's Kingdom throughout this region as well as the other areas where similar strategies were set!
